People always say that they would marry for money, but when it really comes down to it, I still beleive that people marry for love more than anything else.

According to the Washington Post people are getting married later than they used to. And while that seems like it woud go againest everything that is tradiontal . . . it's actually making marriage stronger.

According to new data from the U.S. Census Bureau, 75% of couples who got married in the '90s celebrated a 10-year wedding anniversary. That's up a very significant 3% from couples who got married in the '80s.

The main reason for the increase is that people are getting married later in life. When people wait to get married they tend to be more mature, more financially secure, and more understanding of what they really want in a husband or wife.
