Now we can add one more thing to the list of things shorter than the Kim Kardashian-Kris Humphries marriage: the jail stay of Lindsay Lohan.
TMZ reports that the troubled actress has already been released from jail. She was supposed to stay at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, CA for 30 days, but was released early this morning at 1:30 a.m. after residing there for a whopping four and a half hours.
Like a real-life game of Monopoly, Lindsay Lohan is again going directly to jail.
During a court appearance on Wednesday, she admitted violating her probation and has been ordered to turn herself in before November 9 to begin serving a 30-day sentence in the Los Angeles County Jail. However, a sheriff’s department spokesperson says Lohan will likely serve just 20 percent of that sentence, or six days, due to overcrowding.
While everyone is thinking about Lindsay Lohan and her ongoing legal and personal problems, her dad Michael Lohan also continues to get himself in trouble.
TMZ reports that Michael Lohan was arrested yet again early this morning in Florida. He tried to contact his girlfriend Kate Major, who told police Lohan was calling and showing up at her house.

Lindsay, although ordered to complete 16 hours of her community service sentence at the Los Angeles Coroner’s Office before her November 2 court appearance, will be spending some time in the next week posing for Playboy, says a source. And while she’s trying to fit this in before heading to court for possibly more time in jail, her dad will be dealing with issues of his own.
At a probation hearing today, a judge ordered Lindsay Lohan back to jail with $100,000 bail, for continuous probation violations.
Lohan arrived at court this morning to update Judge Sautner on her compliance to the terms and conditions of her probation. Sautner then revoked Lohan’s probation, citing her bad behavior and lack of hours served.
