A survey by Ipsos OTX of 5,013 adults has found that 19 percent of smart phone owners have never used their device to access the Internet.
Furthermore, 32 percent have never used an app, assuring that their smart phone Internet experience -- for which they are presumably paying a monthly charge for -- is extremely limited.

A team of iPhone app developers recently figured out that your iPhone is actually tracking and logging every step that you take. And when you sync your phone to your computer, that log is transferred.
Now . . . here are the reasons why you shouldn't freak out about this.
#1.) There's no evidence that your travel log is being transmitted back to Apple. And even if it was, I'm not sure that they'd care how often you go to Arby's.
March 24, 2011 Get happy, Angry Birds fans: Rovio on Tuesday released the latest edition of the wildly addictive game, titled Angry Birds Rio. The new version is in connection with the upcoming animated movie 'Rio,' which hits theaters on April 15.
In this installment, the Angry Birds are kidnapped and taken to Rio de Janeiro (duh), where they escape and attempt to save the two stars of 'Rio,' macaws Blu and Jewel.
According to the Rovio press release, the app "can be downloaded from the App Store for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad, from the Mac App Store for Mac computers, and for Android devices in the Amazon Appstore."
February 25, 2011 If your phone falls in water, you're probably out of luck. Water isn't supposed to mix with super-sophisticated electronics. But there IS the off-chance that if it's not broken, or if you have the insurance, you can pay a little and swap it for a new one.
Which brings up an important question: If your phone fell in a FILTHY PUBLIC TOILET . . . would you fish it out?

January 28, 2011 I love auto correct. It allows me to type feverishly on a tiny touch screen and more often than not, corrects misspelled words and typos that are hard to avoid when my thumbs move faster than my brain.

It’s been sitting at the top of the charts for more months than I can remember and features truly fun and memorable game play. The story is this: there are birds. Green pigs steal their eggs. The birds get angry and vow to get their eggs back. Okay, it isn’t Shakespeare, but in the game you have to use the birds, with various different abilities, to slingshot into the pigs’ makeshift fortresses and get back your eggs. It really is fun. So much so that a real Angry Birds board game is in development.
