A judge in California threw out the fraud portion of the lawsuit that the former ‘Happy Days’ stars filed against CBS. The lawsuit will continue with the breach of contract claim.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the cast of the hit comedy series 'Happy Days' is suing CBS and Paramount Pictures, claiming they "have not been paid for their share of years of home video releases and licensed merchandise that used their images and voices."

The charge: a whopping $10 million, plus interest and possibly punitive damages, according to the report.
