I think fundraisers can be very important and I love to participate, if at all possible, but fundraisers can get out of hand really quick. Before you know it you could have a closet full of candles, cups, popcorn, cookies, cookie dough etc. You almost have to be picky about which fundraisers to give money to and which fundraisers to pass on.

Craig Morgan Raises Over $70K for Children Through Annual Charity Event

Last weekend, Craig Morgan hosted his 6th annual Charity Motocross Ride, Concert and Sporting Clay Shoot just outside of Nashville, and the event was once again a huge success. Over $70,000 was raised for the Craig Morgan Charity Fund, a component fund of the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee.

Krystal Meyer, is a member of our community who goes above and beyond to help cancer patients. She has been selected to volunteer at Camp Rainbow at Cathedral Pines in Hailey Idaho.

Camp Rainbow is a week-long sleepover camp for children ages 6 to 13 who have had or are currently living with cancer or other blood-related disorders. The goal of Camp Rainbow is to enable these children to have a “normal” camping experience, regardless of their illness or the side effects of their treatments.
