Recently I found a dog wandering around my neighborhood in Buhl. Well, more aptly, he found me. I was sitting on my front steps, he came right up to me, and then walked in my house. With our neighbor's help, we've walked the dog up and down surrounding streets but haven't had any luck locating his owners. He didn't have a collar or tags on when he found me.

I took my kids over to my friends house yesterday and while we were outside enjoying the nice weather I noticed that her back yard smelled like dog doo doo so bad it was unbearable. This was very odd because she doesn't even have a dog.

Normally I wouldn't say anything but it was seriously unbearable so I asked if she smelled it. My friend embarrassingly explained that her neighbors don't clean up after their dog.

Dozer, a three year-old golden doodle, ran most of the Maryland Half Marathon last week.

Unbeknownst to his owners, Dozer broke free of his electric fence and joined up with the road race when its participants ran past his front yard -- which sat at about the five mile mark of the half marathon.
