Make Plans For A Date Night
March 22, 2011 I was watching a romantic movie with my wife the other night and the male lead took his love interest on a whirlwind, amazing, and romantic date complete with quiet out of the way locations, flowers, and the most amazing food. As we watched, I could see the wistfulness growing in my wife’s eyes. We haven’t gone on a date in quite some time, and as the parents of a rambunctious two year old, we haven’t had a lot of quiet time.
We decided to have a weekly date night. The idea is simple: no kids, just us for one evening a week. The date doesn’t have to be elaborate or expensive, and can be as simple as dinner and shopping, but at least one date a month we agreed to spoil ourselves a bit. We came up with a list of places right here in the Magic Valley that we felt would be great date night locations!
