Madison Rising is a patriotic rock band on a mission to "reignite authentic American culture through great rock music." Madison Rising will be performing at the CSI Fine Arts Auditorium on July 2, 2015.

I need a minute.  I'm preparing myself to sound old.  Here goes.  Do you remember the days when you could get front row seats to almost any concert by camping out in line the night before tickets went on sale?  Those days are gone.  Now, it's nearly impossible to get great seats, without paying way above advertised prices.  I found four reasons why.

You might have heard of the Southern Idaho Parrot Heads ... or not.  They're a great group of Twin Falls and Magic Valley residents who love Jimmy Buffet, like to have a great time and do good things for the community. The Parrot Heads are hosting "Stars On The Water" in concert on Friday the 10th at Centennial Park.

This summers concert headliner is Legend Toots and the Maytals. The band won the 2005 Grammy award for best reggae album True Love, with legendary musicians such as Bonnie Raitt, Willie Nelson, Eric Clapton, and Keith Richards, as well as popular artists today such as No Doubt, Ben Harper, and The Roots.

After another year of outstanding auditions,  the top 30 acts have been chosen to perform at the Top 30 Showcase.  Magic Valley's Got Talent is a Lighthouse School fundraiser and this year, MVGT is offering $3000 in cash to the first place act, $1500 for second, $500 for third, $300 for fourth and $200 for fifth. The Top 30 Showcase is on Friday, February 10th at 6:30pm at Lighthouse School. Read
