For as much as we've enjoyed Conan O'Brien's role as the host of his own TBS show 'Conan,' Jimmy Fallon's increasingly strong work on 'Late Night,' and even Jay Leno's seemingly peaceful return to 'The Tonight Show,' a new storm on the late-night front might be brewing. Some sources are saying that NBC executives have quietly begun searching for Fallon's replacement, in which case Fallon would take over for Leno as host of 'The Tonight Show' in the next few years. Over the weekend, talk-show host Conan O'Brien gave the commencement speech at Dartmouth College. Not surprisingly, the self-deprecating funnyman began his speech by stating how ridiculous it was that "a television talk show host" had been selected to impart wisdom.

Even less surprising was that Conan's speech turned out to be really good. He touched on the tough job market and the unfairness of life, and told the crowd that, while they shouldn't fear failure, they should "do their very best to avoid it."
