October 12, 2012 UPDATE: Many users have reported seeing the error message "votes have been suspended for a cooling period." This is a security measure of PollDaddy, the service we use to create and administer polls and surveys. The security measure is designed to protect PollDaddy from what could possibly be a malicious attack on its servers--although we know it's just you guys voting!
Unfortunately there is no way to disable this feature or "whitelist" specific IP addresses to lift the suspension. We apologize for the inconvenience. The only recommendations we have are to slow down, and try vote from different IP addresses if possible.

Eight Idaho schools have won $100,000 grants from the J.A. and Kathryn Albertson Foundation in an effort to increase the number of kids who attend college or other post-secondary training.
The schools were chosen out of 55 after competing in several categories, including increasing the number of students taking college preparatory exams and upper-level math and science coursework
