Are You Allergic To Peanuts?
April 22, 2011 As I interpret this story, the Department of Transportation would like to make something very clear to people with peanut allergies: It's not that we HATE you, per se . . . it's just that you don't really matter. No offense.
The DoT has announced that the only way they can legally tell airlines to stop serving peanuts is if a major study proves that serving peanuts on a plane can put people at mortal risk.
