The kids are almost out of school and you have to find something fun for them to do during the summer. The Magic Valley offers a wide variety of different summer programs and camps. Here is full list:

1. The Boys and Girls Club

Sign-ups for summer will begin on-line on Wednesday, May 6th on our KidTrax website. Visit www.bgcmv.com and click the Twin Unit link.

They are offering over 50 camps this year, which are again run in two sessions-a morning session beginning at 9:30am and an afternoon session beginning at 1:30pm each day. Camps will run for one week. Sign up for an AM session, a PM session, or both… whatever works for the needs of your kids. They include a one-time Field Trip fee of $40 due by June 10th. Our summer camps begin the week of June 10th and run for 11 weeks straight.

The Club will close at 5:30pm on June 3, 4, and 5th and will be completely closed June 6 & 7th for cleaning, maintenance and staff training. As always, both ICCP and scholarships are available through the Club. We will be requiring all kids and parents to attend a mandatory Summer Orientation meeting before your child can attend our Summer program. Even if you’ve been to our previous orientations, you’ll need to plan on attending one of our sessions in May: 1st, 8th, 15th or 22nd at 6:00pm here at the Club.

2. Lighthouse Vacation Bible School

3.  First Baptist Church in Twin Falls Cathedral Pines Camp Information

Junior High Camp 6/23 to 6/28- Jr High Camp is for students entering grades 6th through 8th. Camp begins Sunday, June 23th at 2:00 pm--ending Friday, June 28th at 1pm

4.      Amazing Grace - Twin Falls

Coming in July CYC Summer Camp is a powerful time for youth (ages 12-18) when they get away from their comfortable surroundings and go to a mountains camp location to experience God, fellowship and fun. During the week-long camp, daytime activities like river rafting, paintballing, hiking, capture the flag or spend the day at the lake.

5. The Reform Church – Twin Falls

Nothing But Net Basketball camp is BACK!!!  Calling all kids!!!

Do you love to play basketball?  Do you want to come to camp and have an awesome time?  Then Nothing But Net is for YOU!!!

Camp #1:   Girls 6th-8th Grades  June 10-13 *This camp will teach and develop guard and post play in the areas of shooting, passing, ball handling, position specific offense/defense and rebounding strategy. These skills will be taught through the use of small group stations and applied in 3–on–3 and full court game situations.

Camp #2:   Boys 6th-8th Grades June 17-20 This camp will teach and develop guard and post play in the areas of shooting, passing, ball handling, position specific offense/defense and rebounding strategy. These skills will be taught through the use of small group stations and applied in 3–on–3 and full court game situations.

Camp #3:  Boys & Girls 3rd-5th Grades  June 24-27 This camp is a basic fundamental camp that will introduce and develop beginning and intermediate strategies and skills for individual and team play. Stations will include rebounding, shooting, passing, ball handling, and defense. Players will also apply and practice what they have learned in game situations.

Time: 9:00am-1:00pm daily
Cost: $50 per camp  ($60 at the door) (Cost includes: instruction, lunch and beverages daily,

7.      Summer Camp with Alli Martin

Summer Camps 2013 Ages 3-8 Prices and fees 20.00 one time supply/registration fee per family 45.00 per camp fee each camp is 4 days  and 34 for the 3 day ones You will get 5.00 off of your registration supply fee if you register before June 1st and another 5.00 off if you register for more then one camp. Time Mon-Thurs 9:30-12:00. They will take place at my home. A small USDA certified organic snack will be provided each day.  There will be at least two adults per 7 children that attend the camp.

Camp 1 June 10-13 Eruptions, Concoctions and Potions... Oh my you get the idea. A week filled with fun science experiments. Were going to get ewwy and gooey and have lots of fun.

Camp 2 June 24,26, 27 This camp will only be 3 days so the price is 34.00 Picasso’s kids All about art this week. Painting, coloring, drawing, gluing and creating. We will be overloaded with art creations. We will also learn about artists of the past and present.. Art show will be from 12:00-12:30 the last day of camp…

Camp 3 July 8, 9, 10 This camp is 3 days the price is 34.00 Water Water Everywhere!!! All things water. We will be making a giant water blob. Having water fights, water obstacle courses,  and water creations. Also a large blow up water slide.

  • Youth Fine Arts Camps 2013 CSI Theatre Camp

Theatre Camp: July 8 - 12, 2013

Ages: 10 - 18

Hey, kids, want to go to the one summer camp where you'll learn how to use stage makeup to give yourself (or somebody else) bruises, gashes, and old man wrinkles?
