Strong Thunderstorm Headed for Buhl, Twin Falls, and Jerome

The National Weather Service is tracking a strong thunderstorm heading for Buhl, Twin Falls, and Jerome with strong winds, hail, and brief but heavy rain.

Significant Weather Advisory for Southeastern Gooding, West Central Jerome, and West Central Twin Falls Counties until 315 pm.

According to the National Weather Service in Boise, doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 16 miles southwest of twin falls that is moving northeast at 25 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph, small hail, and brief heavy rain will be possible with this storm.

This strong thunderstorm will be near:

• Buhl around 3:00 pm
• Twin Falls, Jerome, Filer and Wendell around 3:10 pm
