Sid Meier’s Civilization Revolution 2 Coming Soon to Mobile

The official sequel to Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution has been announced for iOS and Android release.

2K Games has announced that Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution 2 is being developed for an exclusive release on mobile devices. This turned-based strategy game is the sequel to the award-winning original and marks the first Civilization title to be made exclusively for the iOS and Android formats. It's been five years since the first Civilization Revolution came out, so we know that there will be some significant changes being made.

Civilization Revolution 2 will feature a UI specifically made for mobile devices, optimizing the use of your touchscreen. There will be 16 historical leaders from the first Revolution coming to the sequel, such as Gandhi, Napeolean, and Abraham Lincoln. New leaders being added into Revolution 2 include the likes of Winston Churchill and JFK.

Sid Meier's Civilization Revolution 2 will be out on July 2 for iOS devices and shortly after for Android users.
