Jackie

This mom of two beautiful little boys spends her mornings laughing at, and sometimes with, Brad Weiser. The rest of her day is like most mom’s: drive all over the Magic Valley looking for a safe place to drop her kids off so they aren’t late for school, practice, a game, Birthday party, etc. Idaho has been Jackie’s primary home so you will find it surprising that she had to be taught how to camp when she was 25. In case you are wondering…it didn’t go so well. Jackie loves vacuuming, running like Forrest Gump, her kids and hubby, and spending time with her friends and family. She doesn’t like mayo and mean people but, she will give you a hug on any day but Wednesdays. Jackie is the co-host on ‘The Morning Show with Brad and Jackie’ on 95.7 KEZJ. And she has a helmet.

Christmas is Coming!

A lot of us claim not to celebrate holidays early, but retailers wouldn't put out Christmas items unless consumers bought them. Right?

I'm a true believer that October is for Halloween, November is for Thanksgiving and December is for Christmas.

Should Cell Phone Be Allowed in the Classroom?

This year the Twin Falls School District leadership team revamped the personal electronic device policy. They believe that personal electronic devices have become powerful tools, and by using them in the classroom students become better prepared for the modern world. Eva Craner, Community Relations Specialist for the Twin Falls School District, says, "The goal of the district is to eventually reach a 1:1 student-to-device ration."

Donations Can Make You Happy

One of my favorite parts of the holidays is how charitable people are. If you donate to charity, you know it's not a completely selfless act.  Donating actually makes you feel good.
