Should Tight Pants Be Banned From School Because They Are Distracting?

It can be difficult keeping a student focused at school so we may need to do everything possible to keep them focused for the sake of their education.We might even need to mandate the clothing that can be worn in a school so it's not distracting. Last week, a middle school in California BANNED girls from wearing tight pants

because it, quote, "distracts the boys."  Parents were outraged and the school apologized . . . but they're sticking with the policy.
