Should Magic Valley Schools Conform to the Same Schedule?

Would you prefer that Twin Falls and neighboring Magic Valley schools like Kimberly, Jerome, Filer and Buhl were all on the same schedule?

Most Twin Falls schools start today (Aug. 25), while surrounding areas like Kimberly, Filer, Jerome, and Buhl begin on September 2nd.

I was talking to a group of parents last night and one of them mentioned that they have close relatives in a neighboring school district and they didn't like that their kids were on different schedules.  They said that it made planning family activities an inconvenience.

Does anyone really care?
