Should Kids Have To Wait Outside For The Bus When It’s Two Degrees? [POLL]

Extreme temperatures have hit The Magic Valley. People are bundling up before they go outside and if you are not bundling your kids up at this point you just might be evil. I saw a bunch of kids waiting at a bus stop yesterday. All of the kids looked extremely cold and one little boy didn't have a coat on. My kids don't ride the bus yet but if they did I would think I would do everything I could to make sure they were in a house or vehicle until the bus came.
