The dangers of texting and driving are well known, which makes the action of one school bus driver that much more shocking.

A school bus driver in Tampa, Florida has been suspended from duty after she was caught by a 14-year-old student last week on video texting while driving.

The girl’s uncle, like most people, is concerned with students’ safety, saying, "I'm scared for the kids, all of them, not just my niece, all of them, everyone on that bus.”

The school district is investigating the incident.

Interestingly, texting will driving will become illegal in Florida beginning on October 1.
