RUPERT, Idaho (AP) — A south-central Idaho woman who forced a 5-year-old boy to have sexual contact with her has been sentenced to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to injury to a child and possession of methamphetamine.

The Times-News reports that 21-year-old Makinzie Sarah Frost received the sentence Monday in 5th District Court.

Frost entered an Alford plea in November to injury to a child. Authorities say the boy told investigators that Frost made him have sexual contact with her before she allowed him to go outside to play.

She pleaded guilty in April to the drug charge.

Court records show that how much time Frost serves in prison or probation depends on how successful she is at completing a state rider program involving rehabilitation.
