Rupert Man Sentenced for Making Child Porn

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) A judge has sentenced a 25 year old Rupert man of producing child pornography. The U.S. Attorney for Idaho says Erik Rodriquez will be required to serve 25 years behind bars and 15 years of supervised release. Rodriquez will also be required to pay restitution for counseling the victim. The convicted pleaded guilty in 2016 to the charges. Homeland Security Investigation special agents downloaded a sexually exploitative video from Rodriguez in 2015.

After searching his home more than 400 images of child pornography was found on various computer devices. They also found pictures of a girl under 10 years old Rodriguez used to make sexually explicit images.
