Everyone in my family loves carving pumpkins for Halloween. So much so that we actually start early and carve pumpkins almost every weekend in the month of October.

We started our yearly tradition yesterday with a white and orange pumpkins obtained from the Crismore's Pumpkin Patch in Buhl. Everyone had a great time and we came away with two fantastic Jack O' Lanterns.

Remember if you want your Jack O' Lanterns to survive to Halloween, coat the insides and the cuts with a layer of Vaseline. That will help keep the moisture in the Pumpkin, and your Jack O' Lantern looking fresh longer.
