UPDATE: Possible Body Removed From Apollo Motor Inn in Twin Falls

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) The Twin Falls Police Department is currently investigating what appears to be a shooting death at the Apollo Motor Inn in Twin Falls.

At around 11 AM police responded to a call that gunshots were heard inside room number 47 at the Apollo Motor Inn on Addison Avenue.

Once on the scene, police tactically entered the room and were seen quickly clearing and exiting.

An ambulance was also called in and quickly left the scene.

The Twin Falls Police Department has released a statement stating that one individual was found shot to death inside the room.

The identity of that individual has yet to be released.

And an arrest has yet to be made in this case.

The Twin Falls Police Department says that at this time there is no immediate threat to the general public.

Authorities including the Twin Falls Crime Lab and the Twin Falls Bomb Squad were also called to the motel.
