Police Looking for Heyburn Murder Suspects

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — Authorities in southern Idaho say a man is dead after a shooting in Heyburn. The Minidoka County Sheriff’s Office told The Times-News that authorities were called to a report of a shooting at a home in Heyburn, and when they arrived, 36-year-old Craig Glen Short was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Minidoka County Sheriff’s office released few details but officials said they were treating the death as a homicide. Police are looking for two people of interest in connection with the case, including the 21-year-old Christopher Cruz who lived at the home where the shooting occurred and his 32-year-old girlfriend Stephanie Pauline Juarez.
