If you haven't chosen a life career yet - I have your inspiration. Pet massage therapy is a real thing and could earn big bucks.

If you are interesting in a career in pet massage, Idaho is a great place to start because anyone can do it.

This may also make you change or feel bad about the current career you are in. I ran across this info on SimpleMost, that people are making $50 an hour massaging animals. They are getting paid to pet dogs and cats!

I'd heard of equine massage and it made sense for work animals - but I never imagined that this was a thing for house pets. I can't actually recall the last time I ever had a massage so I don't know that I could fork out the money to pay someone to pet my pets. Apparently it is great for older animals or animals with injuries.

If you are interesting in a career in pet massage, Idaho is a great place to start because anyone can do it. You don't even need training. According to the Idaho State Board of Veterinary Medicine

Massage is not a licensed profession in the state of Idaho; therefore, equine massage is allowed as long as the individual does not diagnose, prescribe, manipulate or adjust

If you have the desire to get training though (it will probably help convince more people to use your service) there are many YouTube videos and even programs that will certify you as a pet massage therapist.

Is this a thing in Idaho? I could only find one place that does it in Idaho and that is up in Boise.
