Owner Offering Rent-Free 4BR So. Idaho Lake House Til June

With spectacular views of Idaho's Bear Lake, the owner of a four bedroom home is offering free rent for the next six months to someone qualified to do some remodeling.

According to the post, the home is completely furnished, has two bathrooms and includes a washer and dryer. The owner is seeking a qualified tile worker to handle the job, as well as asking for a replacement of the countertops.
