TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) – Get fit before the holidays.

If you’re 60 years or older, the College of Southern Idaho can help you feel better about yourself with its “Over 60 and Getting Fit” classes.

The program, now in its 30th year, is currently underway at the 10 CSI locations listed below:

  • 9 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the CSI Gym, Twin Falls
  • 9 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the Jerome Rec Center on South Lincoln, Jerome
  • 9 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at CSI Blaine County Center, Hailey
  • 8:45 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the Elementary School, Filer
  • 10 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the 7th Street Gym, Buhl
  • 9 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the Civic Center at 710 F Street, Rupert
  • 9 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays in the old Shoshone High School Gym, Shoshone
  • 11 a.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the CSI Mini Cassia Center at 1600 Parke Ave., Burley
  • 9:30 a.m. Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at the Gooding Rec Center
  • 9 a.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at Hagerman High School
