One-Vehicle Crash on Golf Course Road near Twin Falls

On Sunday, June 16, 2013, at approximately 4:53 am, the Idaho State Police investigated a one-vehicle crash on Golf Course Road, just west of US93, near Twin Falls.

Jose Lopez, 21, of Jerome, was driving along Golf Course Road, in a 2008 Subaru Legacy, when he left the roadway on the north side. Lopez overcorrected the vehicle and went across the road. He left the road again and rolled the vehicle over a small hill on the south side of the road where the vehicle came to rest on its wheels. Lopez was ejected from the vehicle.

Lopez was transported to St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center. Alcohol is believed to be involved. The crash is still under investigation.
