UPDATE, 3:10 p.m.: ISP says the driver of the vehicle, who died from injuries sustained in the crash, was 28-year-old Johanna Melgar-Vasquez of West Valley, Utah.

Her passenger was Erik Bahena, 25, of Taylorsville, Utah, who was taken by ground ambulance to St. Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center.

Bahena was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, according to ISP. It is unknown at this time if Melgar-Vasquez was wearing hers.

JEROME, Idaho (KLIX)- One person was killed mid-morning in Jerome County along the interstate after a fight in a car.

According to Jerome Chief Deputy Jack Johnson deputies were answering a report of what they call a "rolling" domestic because it was happening inside a car. As authorities were trying to find the car another call came in saying it had crashed. Chief Johnson says the car rolled off the interstate at the 187 mile marker onto 990 South near Eden.

A female, believe to be the driver, was killed while a male passenger was taken by ground ambulance to the hospital. Idaho State Police is handling the investigation.
