LEWISTON, Idaho (AP) — A northern Idaho man who took an Idaho Department of Fish and Game truck and broke into a Fish and Game cabin last summer has pleaded guilty to two felonies.

The Lewiston Tribune reports that 38-year-old Christian P. Reel of Lewiston on Tuesday in 2nd District Court pleaded guilty to burglary and driving a vehicle without consent. Two other men authorities say were involved initially faced the same felony charges. But charges of driving a vehicle without consent against 41-year-old Brian S. Overall of Lewiston and 35-year-old Jerry L. Filo of Clarkston, Washington, were dismissed.

The burglary charges were amended to disturbing the peace. Reel's plea deal involves attending a mental health program. If he fails to complete the program he could face up to 10 years in prison.
