HUETTER, Idaho (AP) - Idaho officials say they have revoked the liquor license of a northern Idaho business after determining the business sold alcohol during a strip show.

The Coeur d'Alene Press reports that the Alcohol Beverage Control division of the Idaho State Police revoked The Grail's liquor license. The agency says the revocation took effect Jan. 8.

The agency says the business held an event on April 27 called "The Ultimate Male Review" and violated an Idaho law that prohibits "nudity and simulated sex acts in an establishment licensed to sell beer, wine or alcohol."

The agency says officials from The Grail didn't present a defense at a Dec. 10 hearing. Officials at The Grail couldn't be reached for comment Monday.
