TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX) Twin Falls city and county officials cut the red ribbon Wednesday morning to dedicated the newest part of the regional airport. Airport Manager Bill Carberry used the over-sized scissors to cut the ribbon in front of the new secure waiting room for the Magic Valley Regional Airport in front of a crowd. The new addition features a modern screening area that leads into a larger waiting area for passengers. The new addition also features a much needed bathroom that the old one lacked.  Before passengers who had gone through security had to leave the area to used the bathroom and go through security again. The project was complete in less than a year and under budget.
