Nampa Police to Investigate Filer Dog Shooting

Filer, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - Filer city officials have asked the Nampa City Police department to conduct an investigation into the Dog Shooting incident involving a Filer city police officer. According to the request sent to Nampa, The city of Filer will reimburse the city of Nampa for actual costs, per diem cost and any overtime that may be incurred in completing the investigation. The formal request was submitted by Filer Mayor Richard D. Dunn on Wednesday February 12, 2014. Officials in Filer have confirmed that Nampa Police has accepted the request.
