Comcept has released some new footage depicting two new levels and their respective boss fights for Mighty No. 9.

We were getting a little worried about Keiji Inafune's upcoming spiritual successor to Mega Man, Mighty No. 9, but this trailer reminds us that Comcept has things well in hand. This Mighty No. 9 gameplay video shows off some excellent platforming mechanics along with some great-looking shooting. Being able to aim diagonally, just like Samus in Super Metroid, is going to be a godsend.

We also get to see the look of the Ice Man-inspired level of Mighty No. 2 and the militarized stage of the gun-toting behemoth, Mighty No. 5. If a boss looks like a giant gatling gun with rockets and limbs coming out of its limbs, the fight probably won't be easy.

Be ready to rock and roll (pun intended), when Mighty No. 9 rushes (stop that!), out of the gate in Spring 2015 for PC, PS Vita, Nintendo 3DS, Wii U, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4.
