Michigan Fisherman Catches 3-pound, 15-inch Long Goldfish

Mike Martin – facebook

Do you ever hear crazy stories about someone who let loose their pet goldfish in the wild only to have it return as a mutated, giant, freak of a monster?

While there’s probably no mutation going on, it looks like Mike Martin from Michigan caught a gigantic goldfish while ice fishing in Michigan.

I’ve heard before that a gold fish will grow relative to the size of it’s enclosure.  Apparently, that’s true.

You can see more pictures of the goldfish on Mike Martin’s  Facebook page.
