Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance’s Price Gets Sliced
You can join Raiden in his quest to slice up all of the things in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, now offered at a discounted price.
Konami announced the new price point for the cyborg ninja’s adventures, which will now be available on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 for $29.99. What’s more is that fans who pick up the game at its new cost will be able to enjoy the Jetstream and Blade Wolf downloadable content packs for free.
Jetstream features a side story centered on Raiden’s rival, the lone swordsman named Samuel Rodriguez, and his origin story. Blade Wolf puts you in control of LQ-84i and lets you play out his past, before he became Blade Wolf and joined up with Raiden.
We enjoyed Revengeance, even if it was a bit different than what you’d typically expect from a Metal Gear game. At this discounted price, it will be interesting to see if fans are a bit more receptive to how off the beaten path Raiden’s adventure was.
