Man Living in Wood River Valley Charged with Sexual Assault

BLAINE COUNTY, Id ( KMVT - KSVT ) A man in the country illegally is facing charges in Blaine County for allegedly sexually assaulting a minor.

34-year-old Daniel Merino-Palacios is charged with lewd conduct with a minor, rape and dispensing alcohol to a minor.

According to court documents, he sexually abused the 15-year-old girl four or five times in 2014.

A Blaine County deputy arrested Merino on August 13th at his apartment in Ketchum.
