A New York City man is suing Facebook for over $500,000 after the social networking company disabled his account. 30-year-old Mustafa Fteja claims that since his account was taken down he's become alienated from his 340 Facebook friends (he says he uses the account to keep in touch with family members in other parts of the world).

He told The New York Post he doesn't know why the social network deleted his account but thinks it might have been hacked (or that he might be the victim of anti-Muslim bias). Still, Fteja says it isn't all about him. "I'm not doing this for money. I'm doing this for justice," he told the Post.

How would you handle it if you woke up one day to find your facebook account had been deleted.
