TWIN FALLS, Idaho (AP) — A man has been arraigned on an aggravated battery charge after police say he sucker punched a man outside a Twin Falls pool hall and left him with a partially detached retina.

The Times-News reports that 33-year-old Dustin Perry Eli Andresen was arraigned in court Wednesday in connection with the incident. Police say they had responded to the pool hall on Feb. 7 to a report of a fight. They say a man told them that Andresen had accused him of taking his phone and then sucker punched him.

According to court documents, the man required laser eye surgery after suffering a partially torn retina. Andresen was arrested April 7 and posted $100,000 bond days later.
