The newest trailer for Kirby: Triple Deluxe offers a peek at some of the pink puff's new copy abilities and the stuff you can do in-game.

Not only does Kirby have a ton of new copy abilities, like the Beetle, but each ability comes equipped with a whole host of moves. Whereas before, you'd only be able to pull of maybe two or three special moves with each copy ability, Triple Deluxe gives you an entire moveset for each one. It's like playing an entirely new character!

In the Nintendo Direct, Satoru Iwata announced that there were lots of collectibles for hardcore fans to find in the game, such as 8-bit keychains and Sunstones. These Sunstones will help you progress through the game and will earn you a bonus if all are collected. Iwata also touched on some of the 3DS-specific capabilities in the game.

First of all, the 8-bit keychains can be collected through the StreetPass feature. There is also a special character in each level that will toss you a helpful item. If you've StreetPassed with someone before then, you'll get even more items and maybe even a keychain.

Look out for the pink puff when he arrives in Kirby: Triple Deluxe on May 2 for the 3DS.
