TWIN FALLS -- Police in Twin Falls say a male juvenile has been taken into custody in connection with an arson fire at I.B. Perrine Elementary School last week.

Twin Falls public information officer Josh Palmer tells KTVB a student has confessed to starting the fire which damaged two classrooms in a modular building.

The fire broke out on the morning of May 16 while school was in session.  Two of the four classrooms in the building suffered damage. Repairs are underway. No students or staff were injured in the fire.
