Judge Won’t Kick Out Caldwell Squatter Sooner

CALDWELL, Idaho (AP) — A judge has denied a request from a Canyon County couple to expedite the eviction of a stranger who moved into their vacant home after she entered into a fake lease with someone who claimed to be the owner of the property.

KTVB-TV reports that Brian and Renae Prindle have been trying to get Debra Smith out of their Nampa home since they discovered she was living there in March.
