Jackknifed Truck on I-84 Causes Pile Up

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KLIX)- Four vehicles piled up Wednesday afternoon on Interstate 84 near Declo. According to Idaho State Police it happened at around 5:20 yesterday. Police say Patrick Davis of California was driving westbound in a semi-truck when he lost control attempting to slow down for traffic ahead of him. The semi jackknifed causing three other cars to hit it. One person was taken to the hospital. Police say everyone was wearing their seatbelts. Davis was ticketed for driving too fast for conditions.
