Meridian, Idaho (KMVT-TV, KTWT-TV) – Teresa Baker, Public Information Officer for the Idaho State Police, says that ISP are looking for information from motorists who were traveling on I-84 on Saturday, August 31, from 8:00 to 8:15 p.m. near Glenn’s Ferry.

During this time, Jason Richmond, 32, of Midvale, Utah, was killed by a passing semi-truck while he was standing outside his 2012 Jeep Patriot. He was helping a tow truck operator remove his car from the interstate. The 2007 Volvo semi-truck that hit Richmond was pulling a 2011 Great Dane trailer and was driven by Volodymyr Boyko, 57, of Portland, Oregon.

Idaho State Police believe that motorists who were in the area at that time may be able to answer questions in their investigation.
