CALDWELL, Idaho (KLIX) – About 55 pounds of marijuana was seized during a traffic stop along Interstate 84 near Caldwell.

The seizure occurred a little before 1 p.m. on Nov. 16, according to Idaho State Police, when officers conducted a traffic stop near mile post 28.

Huu Tran, 55, of Brick, N.J., was driving the Toyota Sienna when officers pulled him over. Tran was arrested and booked at the Canyon County Jail for marijuana trafficking in excess of 25 pounds. Tan was the only occupant of the vehicle.

The estimated street value of the marijuana was around $165,000, according to ISP.
