Is This a Video of a Dinosaur Flying over Idaho?

This video claims to be amateur footage of what looks like a Pterosaur flying over the Boise area. Is it real?

The video looks somewhat convincing and I'm no CG expert, but I don't think we're looking at a special effect.

I'm guessing that it's more likely that we're looking at some kind of working model... granted a very convincing model... but a model nonetheless.

Tell me if I'm wrong but there's something very 'mechanical' about the way it flaps its wings and dips its head to survey the earth below. Then again, what do I know about dinosaurs?

Do you think this looks like footage of a real dinosaur flying over Idaho or is it more similar to a toy, like in the video below?
