Is Teresa, from Long Island Medium, The Real Deal? [POLL]

I don't follow TLC's hit show, Long Island Medium, a lot but...when I do watch the show I find myself believing in Teresa. Is it possible that she is really talking to people that are deceased?

Part of me thinks that she shouldn't be messing with people who have passed away at all and other part of me wonders if she could talk to my loved ones that have passed away.
