Is It Too Cold To Go Sledding?

Who doesn't love sledding? My kids and I go at least a few times every winter unless it's really cold.

I know a family that is in town from Texas. They really want to go sledding because they don't have snow in their backyards. But, I'm not sure they know what 18 degrees feels like.
