Every Friday Doug Maughan from The College of Southern Idaho brings the radio station a box of yummy donuts. I love donuts but I try at all costs to avoid eating them because I know how many hours I will have to be in the gym to work it off. Everyone knows that most times you can eat whatever you want as long as you eat the right amount, so I always cut a small piece of a donut off.

I have never thought this was a big deal until someone complained that I was ruining a perfectly good donut. I don't think I am ruining it. I think I am giving someone else a chance to eat a donut at a smaller cost to their tummy. I always make sure I don't touch the part of the donut I don't eat. No harm done, right?
