Is Dessert Better in the Morning or in the Evening? [POLL]

Jackie’s picture

My sweet husband did a lot of the cooking this weekend and yesterday I woke up to my three boys (husband included) eating cheesecake for breakfast. As most mother’s would I asked, “Cheesecake for breakfast, really?” All together…they looked at me and replied, “Ya mom, you want some?”.  My husband then reminded me that I love candy and cookies for breakfast so I let it go and we all had cheesecake for breakfast.

A health expert told me years ago that if you must eat candy, eat it in the morning. I personally eat candy in the morning because that is what sounds good to me in the morning. I have never wanted bacon or sausage but I have always eatin Snickers right after I get out of bed.
